# Tokenomics

### Initial Allocations

The initial supply of T-REX tokens will be allocated as follows:

* **Contributors**: 40% over a 10 years budget
* **Ecosystem Rewards**: 40%
* **Liquidity / Market Making / Exchanges**: 20%

### Launch

#### Market Capitalization

The T-REX token is launching with a market capitalization of $300 million. There is **no token sale**. Instead, funds are deposited to create initial liquidity on decentralized exchanges (DEXs) across various networks.

#### Primary Networks

The primary target networks for deploying the T-REX token are currently under discussion. Through partnerships with blockchain networks, the [ERC3643 Association](/erc-3643/resources-and-community/the-t-rex-dao/the-erc3643-association.md) provides liquidity.

#### Liquidity Provision

To ensure stability and trust in the ecosystem, the liquidity provided by the networks will be subject to the following conditions:

* **Lock Period**: The provided liquidity will be locked in the liquidity pool (LP) for 5 years (cliff period).
* **Vesting Period**: After the initial 5-year lock period, the liquidity will be accessible over a further 3-year vesting period.

These measures ensure that the liquidity remains stable and that the networks are committed to the long-term success of the T-REX token.
